If you want to build a list of targeted buyers as quickly as possible, then nothing comes close to the power of Joint Ventures. You can literally build a list overnight and fly fast all the competition who slave over expensive advertising and fly by night methods to get even half targeted traffic.

In business, nothing gets you to the top faster than working with other people who have what you need. These people are also able to provide you with anything that you would otherwise struggle to obtain, at least in the near future, such as:

=> Useful contacts

So in this article, we're going to look at how you can get a JV partner to work with you to build your list quickly. The first step is obviously to work out how to find a JV partner.

The first step is to brainstorm some keyword terms related to your niche market and enter them into Google one by one. What you will be doing here is gathering a list of blogs and websites that are authorative in your market.

The people that own and run these sites have immense power in your market because they have traffic and knowledge. If these people partner up with you, it's like having instant exposure in that particular niche market and more importantly, because you'll be sharing other people's traffic and resources, you will likely be more trusted within the market place too.

But don't just stop at search engines. You can also look for news groups and forums where your potential partners hang out. In places like forums, you'll be looking for authority posters (people who post a lot of good advice) and you can also look to contact news group owners themselves as they will have the power to reach a lot of people quickly.

Don't forget that seminars related to your industry work wonders for finding potential JV partners and sometimes good solid friendships as a result. These types of partnerships when formed "in person" in "the real world" will result in much more stability too, because the other person knows you and will likely trust you more.

Once you've gathered a portfolio of potential JV partners, you can then look for products they sell, or websites they own and see if you can offer something of value to their visitors and customers. Then in return, they will be more open to considering giving something back in return, such as traffic or help with a product development.
